Complex curvature plate forming as the most widely used technology in shipbuilding industry,because of its process complexity,high operational requirements and difficult to control precision,domestic and foreign shipyards are relying on experienced workers to operate in the long-term,which seriously restrict the development of shipping industry.With the progress of science and technology,especially the development of three-dimensional laser detection technology,it is possible to realize automatic forming of complex curvature plates.Firstly,the purpose of system development and the function to be realized are expounded.The system development scheme and key technology are analyzed,and a reasonable and feasible design scheme is given.Secondly,based on Python and C ++ programming,the realization of the board-related procedures and systems integration,introduced the system used in a variety of interfaces and design of the user interface,and gives some key source code.Next,the application of FARO three-dimensional laser scanning measurement system in complex curvature plate forming operating system is introduced.Through the secondary development of programming,to achieve the laser scanner remote control and data exchange.In addition,a set of point cloud denoising program based on KD tree and a point cloud fitting comparison program based on Iterative Closest Points(ICP)are designed.And some key codes are given..
