The rapid development of technology of composite materials science for science and technology workers have a new research direction,its application range is constantly throughout large aircraft,aircraft,ships,submarines,offshore oil platforms and other fields,and even in the field of life science,medical science and other fields.Composite technology has become a pivotal branch of Engineering science.With the wide application of composite materials,the connection strength between composites has been paid more and more attention by scholars and engineers in the field.The investigation shows that 70% of the composite structure failure occurs at the joints between the structures.Among the many forms of connection,mechanical connections still occupy the main position,and the typical form is bolt connection.In this paper,based on the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,first through the Python scripting,building carbon fiber opening laminated composite plates under tensile load model,the damage to call Fortran to write a subroutine,to simulate the damage process of laminated plate,prediction of carbon fiber composite laminated plate failure load and damage types,and research the aperture,and the layer Angle influence on strength of laminated plate failure.Then,based on Hashin failure criterion and progressive damage theory of composite material single bolt connection structure of the simulation calculation and simulation of the connection structure under tensile load displacement damage,extraction exert on the transverse displacement of the load and the reaction force,displacement reaction curve,get the size of the breaking load.By changing the diameter of the bolt,E/D,Angle of the layer(90 ° layer ratio)of parameters,such as research on the connection structure of the progressive failure process of damage and the influence of the strength of failure.Finally,for the further analysis on breakage types of composite connection structure,optimizing the allocation of screw bearing,the simulation calculation of bolt connection structure,the connection structure parameters including diameter,the diameter ratio and layer type(balanced symmetric layer of laminated plates,oblique laminated plates,orthotropic laminated plates,isotropic laminated plates,etc.)to simulate analysis of structure of double bolt connection is optimized,the reference design is given.
