Sea surface salinity which describes the distribution of salt content in seawater is important for studying the marine environment and water cycle. The simulation of Sea surface salinity observation with aperture synthesis microwave radiometer can speed up the research process, optimize the hardware system design. In this paper, the main content is designing a full link simulation system for sea surface salinity application scene observation with aperture synthesis radiometers based on MATLAB platform.According to the principle of sea surface salinity remote sensing observation with aperture synthesis radiometers, adopting modular design for the simulation system, divided into scene, signal receiver, inverse algorithm, calibration and scale module, sea surface salinity module.Scene module inputs the scene and system parameters, for earth scene, input of orbit parameters and the transformation of earth coordinates and antenna coordinates are increased, for sea surface salinity scene, inputs sea surface salinity parameters and satellite orbit parameters, taking into account the sea, sky, atmosphere and other effects, establishing the forward model of sea surface radiation transmission, outputting brightness temperature from antenna observation.Signal receiver module outputs the self-correlation matrix of signals.Inverse algorithm module rebuilds the scene brightness temperature choosing different brightness temperature reconstruction algorithm in line with antenna type.Calibration and scale module calibrates the channel amplitude and in-phase error after signal receiver, obtaining the error-corrected self-correlation matrix, and scales scene brightness temperature getting output brightness temperature.Sea surface salinity module gets the optimal solution of salinity from the output brightness temperature of the radiometer with iterative inversion algorithm. Then function splicing simulation displays the software function, the results show that straight array, cross array,Y-shaped array and earth scene simulation are all in line with the theoretical set value, and can complete the amplitude and The in-phase error calibration, under a particular scene the mean salinity inversion is 0.61 psu and the standard deviation is 0.46 psu, verifying the effectiveness of the system. Finally, from the three aspects of scalability, reusability and clearness to introduce software standardization,to avoid development model of "from zero",which can provide reference for the future development of similar software system in the same field.
