Abstract/Summary:
With the people’s living standards gradually improved,physical health more and more attention to the people of their own,the prevention of the disease is particularly important,which exacerbated the demand for medical diagnosis,but also puts forward higher requirements on medical instrument detection capability,it must be able to adapt quickly,a large number of test requirements.Therefore,chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer is indispensable for clinical immunology testing equipment.At present most of our market is semi automatic chemical luminescence analyzer,this automatic chemiluminescence analyzer has not yet formed products,urgent need to develop a fully automatic chemical analyzer.In this paper,two aspects of the design and evaluation methods of the automatic micro chemiluminescence immunoassay system are discussed.In this paper,the mechanical structure and working principle of the micro displacement system are studied.According to the characteristics of the moving needle,two level interpolation method is adopted to improve the positioning accuracy;According to the micropipet system working process and performance requirements,pipetting platform of single axis control system using the classical velocity loop controller,position closed-loop fuzzy control algorithm,and a feed-forward control,feedforward control and feedback compound control system control combination;In order to reduce the contour error of the system,a mutual coupling controller is designed to provide additional compensation control to the biaxial.In the multi axis interpolation,the speed is added and eliminated,which is the key of position control.The addition and subtraction speed is generally divided into two kinds: the front plus and minus speed and the back and forward speed.The acceleration is to control the speed of synthesis in interpolation before,the utility model has the advantages of location accuracy is not affected,but the need to predict the deceleration point,then the acceleration is to control the speed of interpolation in later,but the drawback is that no correlation between multi axis,position is not accurate.In this paper,the post acceleration is used to control the defects of inaccurate position by adding and decreasing the speed of S curve.The multi axis spatial interpolation adopts NURBS coarse interpolation,and the lower computer uses DDA software to realize fine interpolation.In order to evaluate the transfer performance of the micro fluid transfer system,the experimental research is carried out in three aspects of single axis position tracking,biaxial control,plane interpolation and spatial linear interpolation.The test results show that the micro pipette system meets the design expectation and meets the clinical requirements.
