Masonry construction is a kind of traditional construction technology.Most of the foundations of residential buildings,river slopes and hydraulic structures are built with masonry structure.The construction technology of masonry is simple,and the main construction method is to build large diameter and small stone by artificial stacking which causes the drawback of slow construction progress.According to the demand of low cost and high efficiency in the market,large construction machinery is put into the construction industry more and more,and the degree of mechanization is more and more high for artificial production.The construction theory of punching and filling mortar stone came into being.The construction method of filling mortar stone is by pouring the mixed mortar into the piled stone body,to make it flow through the stone gap until the whole gap is filled,which relies on the impact flow of the cement slurry and the gravity of the mortar itself and finally form a dense structure.In order to ensure the good fluidity of the filling mortar,fly ash with small molecular particles can be added to the cement mortar.This method can not only reduce the environmental pollution from industrial waste,but also reduce the amount of cement.In the process of operation,machinery is used to replace part of manual labor,and ordinary machinery can be completed it.This accelerates construction progress and reduces construction cost,which plays a very important role in emergency repair and rescue of engineering.The durability of structures in engineering is restricted by the construction materials and natural environment.The low temperature environment in Northeast China accelerates the damage of local buildings and reduces their service life.When the building is close to the durable years,there is a certain safety hazard.In order to improve the safety of the structure and reduce the maintenance frequency of the structure,it can be realized by improving the strength and frost resistance of the material.By reading the relevant literatures of mortar additives,it is found that adding additives to mortar can improve the overall strength and frost resistance of mortar.The most common additive in the market that can simultaneously improve the frost resistance and fluidity of the mortar is the king of mortar,the additive that can increase the strength of the structure is polycarboxylate.These two additives are easy to buy,with mature production technology,and stable performance products.By using the physical and chemical properties of rock and sand,cement which are as raw materials,and the chemical characteristics of synthetic additives polycarboxylate and mortar King,by the experimental results of freeze-thaw test and filling test of mortar,it is not difficult to analyze the mixture ratio of high frost resistance and high strength scouring mortar.In this paper,two experiments are designed to deal with the related problems in the process of hedging and filling.(1)Experiment of frost resistance of mortar:In this experiment,five groups of the mixture ratioexperiments are designed:the cement mortar,the cement mortar replaced the cement mortar with 20% fly ash,the cement mortar with 20% fly ash with Wang mortar,themortar with 20% fly ash with polycarboxylate,and the mortar with 20% fly ash with two additives.Measures their consistency,delamination,and extensibility.And then,measures the strength of their specimen under the conditions of freeze-thaw and normal temperature.Through comprehensive consideration and analysis,the best mix ratio is selected.(2)Simulation test of filling mortar stone: Acrylic Box is used to simulate Outdoor Environment,and stone is added into the box freely.And then add the mortar with the best ratio of frost resistance and strength.The flow curve of the filling mortar in the acrylic box can according to the experimental data.Thus,it can verify whether the mix mortar meets the filling requirements.By the comparing the strength of mortar with different mix ratio under freeze-thaw and normal temperature,and the strength comparison of mortar with the same mix ratio in different environments,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)The strength of mortar can be improved by adding polycarboxylate,but the freeze-thaw resistance is decreased.(2)The frost and thaw resistance of mortar can be improved by adding mortar king.(3)Adding King mortar and polycarboxylate can not only improve the strength of mortar,but also improve the freeze-thaw performance of mortar.(4)Adding polycarboxylate and mortar King’s 20% fly ash replacement ratio of mortar castable masonry piling test blocks to meet the requirements of filling compactness.(5)The freezing and thawing indexes cement mortar replaced by 20% fly ash,cement mortar replaced by polycarboxylate and 20% fly ash of mortar king,cement mortar replaced by 20% fly ash of polycarboxylate,cement mortar replaced by 20% fly ash of King mortar are analyzed by freezing and thawing experiments.
