Helicopter as a typical dual-use equipment,is now getting more and more attention.It will lead to crash if there are failures in the transmission parts because transmission parts cannot be backed up.Therefore,it is important to study the feature extraction method and the integrate helicopter fault diagnosis and prognosis system for the transmission parts,so we can discover the potential threat of the helicopter flight in time.In this paper,the main research contents include:(1)Confirm the goals of the helicopter transmission fault diagnosis and prognosis system,make modular designs of system and functional analysis.(2)Analyze the function of the main parts,and research the basic principles and the technology process of main parts.(3)Research feature extraction techniques of shafts,gears,bearings,and develop synchrosqueezing wavelet transform in rolling bearing fault feature extraction.(4)Study the various algorithms of our group,integrate helicopter fault diagnosis and prognosis system,and make validation of system using experimental data.After a large amount of research,C # is selected as the integrated environment and a fault diagnosis and prognosis system is built and its function is verified.Moreover,the feature extraction technology of the helicopter transmission parts is developed.The research could lay the foundation for promoting the practical application of fault diagnosis and prognosis system.
