At present,the contradiction between economic development and energy supply has become increasingly prominent in social life,so people pay more attention to the level of energy utilization.In addition,people in the process of using water supply system,the stability of the system has also been improved,and the quality of water supply has also been put forward new requirements.Please.In order to meet the diversified needs of people,a new type of variable frequency speed regulation constant pressure water supply system incorporating automatic control technology emerged as the times require.In this paper,the frequency control constant pressure water supply system research process,into the use of PLC technology and frequency conversion technology,in addition,in the process of calculating the relevant data,into the use of PID control method,thus completing the constant pressure control of the system.In this paper,firstly,based on the theory of variable frequency speed regulation and pump technology,the characteristic curve of the pump is analyzed,and the similarity characteristics of the pump are described in detail.In addition,the technical principles of water supply system energy saving and other aspects are elaborated in detail.Secondly,in the water supply system studied in this paper,the use of the Siemens S7-300 series of PID control module is integrated,so based on the research of the PID algorithm,the water supply system is simulated with PID.According to the simulation results,it can be seen that the limitations of the PID simulation are less.Furthermore,the design scheme of the control system is analyzed in detail,including but not limited to PLC selection,I/O terminal address configuration,STEP7 and WinCC configuration design,and the HMI man-machine interface design scheme is further elaborated.Finally,this paper selects a city’s water supply system as the research object,and draws the characteristic curve of the 350S-75 A centrifugal pump used in the city,thus completing the analysis of the characteristics of the 350S-75 A pump curve.At the same time,according to the corresponding simulation results,the working state of the water supply system is further analyzed.
