This paper focuses on the combustion temperature field of solid propellant,a method for measuring the temperature field of propellant by multi-thermocouple was proposed based on the combustion mechanism and steady combustion model of propellant.A dynamic temperature field testing system of propellant by multi-thermocouple is established.Performance tests were performed on the key modules of the system.Propellant combustion test was conducted under the safety specification,and temperature field measurement data was processed and analyzed.Main contents include:The burning rate measurement technology of solid propellant commonly used in industry is compared,and the influence of temperature field in propellant burning rate test is analyzed.The types of solid propellants and the concept of propellant combustion are introduced,and the combustion mechanism of double base propellant is studied in depth.Several combustion temperature measurement methods such as thermocouple temperature measurement,infrared radiation temperature measurement,CCD image colorimetric temperature measurement are analyzed.Based on the temperature distribution model of the propellant combustion wave structure and the dynamic burning rate calculation method of multi-target-line,a multi-thermocouple test model of the propellant temperature field is established.The multi-target-line method was used to test the dynamic burning rate of the propellant combustion process.The influence of temperature on the burning rate was studied by the multi-thermocouple,and the deviation in the thermocouple temperature measurement was analyzed.The optimized design of the original multi-target-line test system was carried out,and the temperature field measurement system of propellant by multi-thermocouple was built.According to the characteristics of high temperature transient in the combustion environment of propellant,the selection of thermocouple was carried out.A special high-speed signal acquisition card was compiled for the demand of high-speed acquisition of multi signal in the system.According to the requirements of the test flow,field control,data processing and analysis in the combustion process of propellant,the host computer software which has the functions of multi thermocouple signal processing,system state monitoring,driver of dataacquisition card and data management was written.Before the formal experiment,the performance tests were performed on key modules of the test platform and the reliability of the system was verified.The combustion test experiment of propellant was carried out according to the formal safety experiment process.The relationship between the local temperature change of the propellant and the change of burning rate was analyzed with some test data,and data support was provided for in-depth understanding of the burning rate dynamic process of propellant combustion.
