With the development and progress of electronic information technology in our country,the medical environment and medical equipment in our country have improved greatly.Medical intravenous infusion is one of the main treatment methods,and most of the medical institutions lack of some economic and effective automatic monitoring device,increased the workload of nurses,seriously hindered the management of infusion area,this paper studied the medical infusion remote monitoring system.The system mainly includes infusion information collection module,central control module and wireless transmission communication module.The infusion information collection module uses the photoelectric infrared sensor to compare the LM339 amplification circuit.The liquid drop detection device based on photoelectric infrared sensor is built,and the non-contact measurement of the liquid dropping state is realized.This paper uses STC89C516 to build the infusion control system,real-time monitoring the change of pulse signal,once the abnormal situation will send out a command to beep.The wireless transmission module mainly adopts ZigBee technology,with CC2530 as the main control chip,using the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol,the error message is sent to the center node through the star network structure,and finally notifies the nursestation and the patient’s family.The software design of the main flow,protocol stack development and coordinator of the control system based on single chip microcomputer is completed,and keil C51 is used to edit the c language microcontroller counting program,and the node program is written with the aid of IAR software.Thus,the function of liquid drop counting,remote multi-point monitoring and transfusion information collection are realized.At last,the liquid drop counting,drip speed,beep alarm,wireless communication and other performance test test,according to the data analysis,improve the monitoring system debugging and modification,make the whole system more stable and safe,realize the medical infusion remote monitoring.
