The Value-setter is a precision pneumatic pressure reducing valve for pressure setting.The operating conditions and structural design parameters are two factors that affect the stability of the Value-setter.The unreasonable design of structural parameters is the main reason for the instability of the Value-setter.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize reliability and robustness of the key components of structure parameters with function of regulating and stabilizing pressure.The operation performance of the Value-setter is not sensitive to the change of the working conditions,and plays an important role in improving the stability of the Value-setter.According to this guideline,it is very meaningful to study a robust reliability optimization design method that can improve the structural parameters of mechanical components.Based on the analysis of its structure,function,performance index and working principle,this paper presents an integrated FMEA/FTA/FEA to identify Value-setter of key components for robust design and its parameters,which is used to control the aerodynamic signal in a gas-liquid servo edge position control system.According to the working principle and function structure of Value-setter,the main failure modes of the Value-setter can be gotten based on failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA),the key components can be gotten based on fault tree analysis(FTA)to improve the reliability and reduce the failure probability of the Value-setter;The relationships between the performance of the key components and their design variables were simulated and analyzed by using ABAQUS finite element analysis(FEA)software,which can identify the robust design variables of the value-setter.According to the working principle of the Value-setter and the structure of the valve port,the flow field analysis model of the valve port is established.The FLUENT software is used to simulate the flow field of the valve port and analysis the structure parameters of the valve port.It is intuitive understanding of the flow of gas into the Value-setter,and get the optimal structural parameters of the Value-setter in steady state.The reliability analysis and reliability sensitivity analysis are used to optimization design and robust reliability optimization of key components;Based on the multi-objective optimization method,the robust reliability optimization design model of the Value-setter is established.The model is solved by MATLAB and compared with the flow field simulation of the optimized valve port,which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
