Along with the global energy crisis and environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious,all countries in the world are actively seeking new sustainable energy resources to replace increasingly exhausted traditional petrochemical,solar energy,with its efficient,clean,green,sustainable characteristics favored by the governments,the new energy power generation has been to obtain the development,made remarkable achievements and economic benefits.In the next 20 years,with the transformation of economic development mode and energy efficiency,China's energy consumption growth will continue to decline.As new energy research spread all over the world,many universities and research institutes on how to improve the efficiency of dc voltage gain of the converter and,reduce the wastage of the converter is put forward a lot of new converter topology and improvement on the traditional dc converter topology,and more research results are obtained.Compared with the isolation type,the non-isolated high-gain DC/DC converter has the advantages of low cost,high efficiency and high power density,so the non-isolated high-gain DC/DC converter has always been a research hotspot.In order to improve the traditional non isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter voltage gain at the same time reduce the converter inductor current ripple and volume weight of magnetic parts,this article will switch inductance unit,switch capacitor unit and magnetic integration technology applied to traditional Cuk converter,puts forward the integration of magnetic switch inductance/switch capacitance Cuk converter.The electric stability of the magnetic integrated switch inductance/switch capacitance Cuk converter is as excellent as the traditional Cuk converter.Replace the inductance in the traditional Cuk converter with the switch inductance unit,and replace the energy storage capacitor and the continuous diode with the switch capacitor,which can effectively improve the voltage input/output ratio;Using magnetic integration technology and develop the inductance coupling design criteria as to reduce the ripple current of converter switch inductance unit,at the same time reduce the staggered parallel magnetic set switch magnetic inductor/switch capacitance Cuk converter component size and weight.Switch capacitance Cuk converter is proposed in this paper,Cuk converter switch capacitance and inductance/switch capacitance Cuk converter,through the modal analysis respectively to obtain the voltage gain is derived expressions,the voltage gain is a traditional Cuk converter respectively 2 times,(1 + D)/D times and 2(1 + D)/D,analyzes the four kinds of converter switch tube voltage stress,the theoretical analysis is presented.The relationship between the switching inductance current ripple and the coupling coefficient of the switch inductance/switch capacitance Cuk converter is analyzed,and the design criterion of inductance coupling is given.Two design schemes of coupling inductance are given and the design method is given.Finally,the simulation of the converter is carried out through the Pism simulation system and the experimental prototype,and the results are consistent with the theoretical analysis.
