| Pantograph catenary system is an important part of modern electrified China’s high-speed rail equipment technology.Its electrical contact performance directly affects the safety of train operation.The high speed train is affected by the actual working conditions and the pressure load of the pantograph network is actually fluctuating.Therefore,it is necessary for the development of the high-speed train to study the electrical contact performance of the pantograph system under the fluctuating load.In this paper,an electrical contact experiment system developed by the laboratory is used to carry out the research on the electrical contact of the pantograph and network under the condition of fluctuating load.The device uses the sound coil motor to improve the loading of the pressure load,and can realize the fluctuation of the load in real time and soft load.The contact resistance of pantograph catenary is the basic parameter of electric contact of pantograph catenary,and its size can reflect the performance of electrical contact.Through the experimental curves of contact resistance under the conditions of different traction current,sliding speed,contact pressure,load fluctuation amplitude and wave frequency,the trend of contact resistance changing with the above factors is clarified,and its mechanism is analyzed.The study shows that the contact resistance of pantograph network decreases with the increase of the traction current and gradually tends to be gentle,and the contact resistance of pantograph and network increases linearly with the increase of the sliding speed;the contact resistance of the pantograph and network decreases with the increase of contact pressure,and the game gradually tends to be gentle;the contact resistance of the pantograph and network increases with the increase of the amplitude of the load.The frequency of load fluctuation has no obvious effect on the contact resistance of pantograph catenary.According to the experimental results and theoretical analysis,a mathematical model of contact resistance on traction current,sliding velocity,contact pressure,amplitude and frequency of load fluctuation is established,and the curve fitting software(1st Opt)is used to estimate the unknown parameters of the model.The validity of the model is verified by experiments.The relative stability coefficient of current and the current carrying efficiency indicate the effect of load fluctuation on the flow of pantograph and network: the relative coefficient of current becomes larger with the increase of the amplitude of load fluctuation,and the relative stability coefficient of current becomes smaller with the increase of the frequency of load fluctuation,and the trend of current carrying efficiency is similar to that of the current phase.In this paper,the electrical contact characteristics of the pantograph under the fluctuating load are studied and the mathematical model of the contact resistance is set up,which will provide some reference for the subsequent in-depth study of the electrical contact under the load fluctuation. |
