With the rapid development of urban construction and urban gas industry,the safety management of gas industry has become a key work.Gas industry is facing the situation of increasing number of users and increasing workload.Gas tightness detection of household internal combustion gas pipeline is the only and necessary means to check and judge whether the new gas pipeline is qualified and can be put into operation.It is the precondition to ensure the safe and stable operation of users' gas system.By analyzing and summarizing the problems and experiences in the user pipeline gas tightness test over the years,this paper finds out the influencing factors in each link of the test process,explores the methods and equipment for improving the gas pipeline gas tightness test,realizes the standardization of the user pipeline test,strengthens the basic management of the gas system,and ensures the gas industry and use.To provide basis for household safety,improving scientific management level and improving daily work efficiency.Firstly,this paper combs the problems existing in the testing methods of indoor internal combustion gas pipeline airtightness test,secondly,it analyses the theoretical basis of indoor internal combustion gas pipeline airtightness test,and finally,combining with the current automatic electronic pressure testing technology,puts forward a testing method and device that can improve the current testing methods of indoor internal combustion gas pipeline airtightness test.It can be used to detect the tightness of the gas pipeline quickly and effectively.This can not only greatly improve the scientificalness of workers' on-site inspection of pipeline airtightness,overcome the shortcomings of traditional detection methods,but also effectively guarantee the safety and health of workers and avoid potential safety hazards.
