In recent years,with the development and promotion of smart grids,the security of smart grid has received more and more attention,and related research has become more and more.The dispatch data network is a network that transmits power production information in real time and is an indispensable part of the smart grid.Compared with other large-scale distributed networks,the communication requirements of dispatch data networks are asymmetric,multi-layered,and diverse.Existing security technologies are not fully applicable to smart grids.How to combine the intrusion detection technology with the actual demand of the dispatch data network,and develop an intrusion detection system suitable for the dispatch data network is of great significance for improving the security of the smart grid.This paper addresses the security requirements of power dispatch data networks,studies intrusion detection techniques,and explores feasible system solutions.The main work of the thesis covers the following aspects:1.The security status of the power dispatching data network is expounded.Combined with the structural characteristics of the dispatching data network and the particularity of the industrial control system,the security risks faced by the dispatching data network are analyzed in detail,and the security risks are clearly defined.System requirements and research direction;2.For the special needs of power dispatching data network,combined with the existing research results of intrusion detection technology and artificial intelligence,a general design scheme of composite intrusion detection system is proposed,and the topology is given.And the function module design;3,in the intrusion detection algorithm,for the characteristics of the power dispatch data network,the intrusion detection solution combining the blacklist and the whitelist is established,and the blacklist and whitelist based mechanisms are designed and implemented.Intrusion detection algorithm,using Adaboost algorithm combined with weak learning algorithm BPNN and Bagging algorithm combined with weak learning algorithm SVM to improve the accuracy of detection method;4.Build an experimental platform based on intelligent substation,verify the implementation through attack experiment design The effectiveness of a composite intrusion detection system,The result of measurement,the designed scheduled data network intrusion detection system having a high detection rate and low false positive rate.The composite intrusion detection system designed and implemented in this paper can adapt to the actual needs of the power dispatch data network,and exhibits good performance on the experimental platform built,and achieves the expected effect,providing a useful solution for improving the security of the smart grid.
