This article first describes the current incidence of cancer in our country,and analyzes the shortcomings of traditional treatment methods.Photodynamic therapy has the characteristics of minimal invasion,no side effects,and strong targeting,and has obvious advantages for certain specific malignant tumors.However,traditional light sources in photodynamic therapy are bulky,costly,and not conducive to portable and implantable treatments.Therefore,this paper proposes to improve traditional photodynamic therapy by combining photodynamic therapy with wireless power supply technology.In the current wireless power supply technology,the technology of magnetically coupled resonant wireless power supply has a long transmission distance,high efficiency,and is not influenced by non-magnetic substances,and is suitably applied to photodynamic therapy light source.Therefore,this paper proposes to study the photodynamic light source system based on magnetic coupled resonant wireless power supply technology.Secondly,we introduced the current classification of wireless power supply technologies and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages.We studied the transmission principles and energy-efficient transmission requirements of magnetically coupled resonant wireless power systems,and elaborated on the magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission.The system includes the design of various circuits and resonant coils in a high-frequency inverter power supply.Then,by measuring the light power density of the light source in the wireless energy supply system,and using the light source of the wireless energy supply system and the conventional laser light source to perform PDT treatment on the liver cancer cells and breast cancer cells respectively,the respective cell survival rates are calculated.The experimental results show that the system can provide stable and continuous electric energy for the photodynamic light source.Comparing the killing effects of the two light sources on the cancer cells,it was found that the light source of photodynamic therapy based on WPT can achieve the same killing effect as the laser light source on the cancer cells.In addition,there will be certain electromagnetic radiation in the magnetic coupled resonant wireless energy supply system.To investigate whether there is an impact on the human body,electromagnetic simulation of the wireless energy supply system and animal electromagnetic field exposure experiments were performed.Through analysis of blood and tissue sections of mice,we found:no significant difference between the experimental and control groups,which also shows the magnetic coupling resonance wireless power supply system under the conditions of the experimental design,have little effect on the organism.Finally,the key issues in the paper are analyzed and discussed,and forecasting the future of this system.
