The power system grounding grid is an important part which can ensure the conduction of high-current in the transmission tower and substation. It plays an important role in dispersing stray currents and ensuring the safe and stable operation of power equipment. In this paper,a new graphene conductive coating suitable for grounding grid anticorrosion combined with corrosion mechanism is prepared for the corrosion behavior of metal components buried in coastal soil for a long time.Based on the soil corrosion experiments,a new solvent-based graphene-based conductive anticorrosive coating with epoxy resin as the main film-forming material and optimized by the combination of conductive filler and anti-corrosion filler and long-acting anti-corrosion was prepared in this paper.By studying the adhesion of the coating, the impact resistance and the bond strength test between the paint film and the substrate,it is shown that the paint film has good basic mechanical properties.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, localized electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(LEIS),chemical resistance immersion test and neutral salt spray experiment were used to study the corrosion resistance of conductive coatings. The experiments show that the impedance of the electrochemical test is stable over 108?·cm2 and the salt and alkali immersion time is up to 2500 h.After the paint film does not fail and foaming failure phenomenon, neutral salt spray test 1500 h combined with wet adhesion test, indicating that the coating has excellent long-term corrosion resistance. The volume resistivity, surface contact resistance and high current surge test of the coating show that the prepared conductive anticorrosive coating has good electrical properties.Simultaneously, there are disadvantages of volatile organic compounds(VOC)for solvent-based coatings.Based on the green concept: design and prepare a solvent-free graphene-based conductive anticorrosive coating with reactive diluent(AGE)instead of organic solvent.Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, chemical resistance immersion test and neutral salt spray test showed that the solvent-free coating had good anti-corrosion effect;in addition, the localized electrochemical impedance spectroscopy technology showed that the coating was scratched and treated. The change of the impedance at the edge of the scratch and the scratch is not maintained at the order of 106,and there is no obvious corrosion diffusion. The volume resistivity test of the coating indicates that the conductive property is inferior to that of the solvent-based conductive anticorrosive coating, compared with the conventional guide.Electrostatic anti-corrosion coatings have improved.
