In recent years,China's economy has developed rapidly,and the demand for domestic electricity is gradually increasing.The voltage level and overall system capacity of the power system are constantly increasing.China's current 500kV and below AC transmission and transformation system voltages are mainly 10kV,35kV,66kV,110kV,220kV,330kV,500kV.For the AC transmission grids of major voltage levels,the grid company has successively released a series of typical designs for power transmission and transformation projects to facilitate unified management and convenient collection of equipment for mining to reduce project cost.Its characteristics are modular design,parameterization and standardization.Power transformers are the key equipment in power transmission and transformation projects,and play an important role in realizing grid power and voltage conversion.The standardization of its structure is particularly critical in the trend of domestic power grid companies to promote the typical design of power transmission and transformation projects.Whether the main insulation structure is reasonable or not has an important impact on the technical and economic indicators of the transformer,affecting whether the transformer can operate safely for a long time.In the process of transformer design,the selection of the main insulation structure,the grasp of the main insulation distance,the matching of the coil arrangement with the main insulation parameters,the outlet form of the coil,the material selection of the insulation components and the structural arrangement are all critical.This paper combines the actual production of domestic transformer products,taking into account the practical application of power grid transformer products,focusing on the main insulation design of typical oil-immersed power transformers,and optimize the main insulation structure of several typical 110kV,220kV,500kV which have large-scale operation of grid companies.Three-dimensional modeling is carried out by applying simulation analysis software such as VEI and TELAX.The optimized main insulation structure is simulated and analyzed.The standardization of main insulation structure of oil-immersed power transformer is summarized.The design principle is to promote the standardized design of such products,to achieve the purpose of optimizing the production process of the transformer manufacturing enterprise and reducing the manufacturing cost.
