The power grid command system is operated successfully with the communication network of power.And the communication functions can also be used for the society.Over the years,a contemporary communication network with sound architecture and advanced communication technologys is applied in power industry.The power communication network has its unique advantages.It can serve power companies such as power supply companies and substations,guaranteeing the reliability of grid operation.The current development goal of the power system is utilizing advanced equipments and technique to maximize the improvement and improvement of the existing communication network,and to extend the dispatching scope of the power network to informationization,digitization,networking,and fiber optics.Smart power grid can meet the needs of power company development.However,with process of China's power industry developed,many problems have arisen in the city's smart grid.First of all,because the investment in urban power grid funds is limited and cannot meet the needs of the increasing power load,a lot of problems arised rapidly.The safety hazards of urban power grids are gradually increasing with the increase of service life,and the equipment is dilapidated and Line aging problems are common and many lines are not cabled.Secondly,the construction of many power grid projects caused by artificial errors is unreasonable.In addition,many grid architectures also have unreasonable conditions,such as the radius of the power supply is too long,the ring network rate is too low,and so on.The automation level of many power grids is relatively low,and many uncertainties arise from the large amount of node data in the power grid.In this paper,through the research of key technical solutions of urban smart grid,master advanced and scientific technology,and effectively realize the informationization,intelligence and high-efficiency development of urban power grid.This topic is based on the "13th Five-Year" development plan of the State Grid,the status quo of the terminal communication access network,the communication requirements of the power communication access service,and the results of the experimental research of the science and technology project,combined with the development status of the wireless communication technology to adapt to the power wireless private network business.Sexuality and the development of terminal communication access network research and analysis.Through the analysis of the business demand of the power wireless private network in the distribution network and the application analysis in the power grid,the research ideas,construction mode and implementation strategy of the wireless private network are clarified.Many issues of scalability,flexibility and security of the distribution communication network are solved.The power wireless private network can solve the security problem brought by a large number of application wireless public networks in the power communication network.The power wireless private network is dedicated to the private network,and adopts a multi-layer security protection strategy.The communication of different regional communication services takes true physical isolation,which can ensure the information security of the power communication network.The use of existing wired communication network resources and 230MHz frequency resources for hybrid networking is more economical,flexible and constructible.With the expansion of mobile services in the smart grid,massive services and multimedia services access,deploying LTE1800\1400 wireless networks in hotspots can meet the further demand of smart grids for power communication networks.This is also in line with the "big,cloud,material,and shift" power communication development policy orientation proposed by State Grid Corporation.
