Design And Production Techniques Of 220kV Two-stage Voltage Transformer With Multiple Transformation Ratios

The standard voltage transformer is the key equipment for the transmission and traceability of voltage magnitude of power equipment.This paper presents the design and production methods of two-stage voltage transformer(TSVT).This paper first discusses the significance of developing TSVT,and then briefly describes and summarizes the development status of various types of voltage ratio standards at home and abroad.The research shows that the current voltage transformer lacks in-depth study on the design and production of high precision multi-ratio standard instruments.Therefore,we carried out our study on this area.Based on the theory of TSVT,we explored the design and production of it,which involved iron core,winding,shell and the internal and external insulation.Building3D model with 3D simulation software.The 3D finite element model is established,and the electric field simulation calculation and electromagnetic performance analysis are carried out.According to the simulation results,the reasonable product structure of the TSVT is finally determined to ensure that the electric field distribution is reasonable and uniform,so as to put into production and processing.Due to the special structure and performance of TSVT,a new process route is needed.And then we carried out the electrical field simulation calculation and analysis of the 3D model with the software of finite element analysis.This paper establishes a high-voltage,high-precision TSVT,and the TSVT products processed by the production line for voltage traceability test.By measuring the primary error and its linearity of the TSVT,and then by compensating the TSVT proportional standard error,the error band of the product is offset,so that the accuracy reaches 0.002,and the uncertainty of the measurement is relatively small.
