| Distribution network is an important part of the power system,which has the important function of power distribution and directly supplies power to customers.The power distribution automation system can realize the important functions of distribution network operation state monitoring,fault automatic isolation,rapid power supply recovery and so on,which is of great significance for improving power supply reliability of distribution network.In recent years,power companies vigorously promote the construction of smart grid to provide new ideas and opportunities for the construction of power distribution automation.With the rapid growth of economic scale and load in jining city,it is urgent to carry out the construction of distribution automation in jining region,especially to carry out the construction and transformation of distribution automation in core urban areas.Under this background,this paper studies the construction scheme of distribution automation in the core urban area,which provides important reference for the actual engineering construction.Firstly this paper makes an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current situation of distribution network in jining’s core urban area.The application of distribution network automation is evaluated in detail from regional power grid,primary equipment,automation application,communication network and automation information system.The main problems of distribution network automation are pointed out,and the main direction and goal of distribution automation construction in jining core urban area are clarified.Then,the aim and principle of power distribution automation construction in jining inner city were made.The overall goal of "improving power supply reliability,improving power supply quality and improving distribution network management"has been established.The corresponding planning principles and objectives are formulated respectively from the aspects of primary grid structure,master station system,feeder automation,power distribution terminal planning and communication network planning.Lastly,the paper designs the implementation scheme of distribution automation construction in jining inner city.Combining with the renovation of the city network project,the structure of the grid is optimized by means of load diversion and increasing the number of segmented switches.The "main station and distribution terminal" structure was adopted to transform the main power distribution automation station.At the same time,the system expansion requirements were fully considered in the software design.The model construction was completed by relying on the main network model of the EMS system and the lOkV distribution model information of the PMS system.Based on the construction of power distribution terminals and communication networks,the "centralized" feeder automation is realized,and the integrated installation of power distribution terminal equipment is realized through the"telemetering,remote signalling and remote control" transformation.The change of the communication mode of the demand-side management system into a virtual private network dedicated line connection has realized the main purpose of power distribution automation construction.Formed the practical construction experience,which can provide valuable reference for other cities ’power distribution automation construction. |
