Solar simulator is an experimental platform or calibration device for simulating solar radiation characteristics under different atmospheric conditions in indoor environment.The focused spot irradiance of the existing multi-source solar simulator is high,but the discrete point measurement method can only be used to roughly measure the spot center during the experiment,which greatly affects the focusing precision and focusing duration.Therefore,the overall structure of the solar simulator is further improved,and its automatic focusing system is established to solve the problem of accurate detection of the central position of the focusing spot and accurate focusing of multiple spots,so as to realize that the focusing form of the focused sun simulator can be changed.The main contents of this paper are: the construction of the solar simulator optical machine system,the design of the spot location acquisition system,the design of the spot adjustment system and related experimental research.According to the design concept and index of multi-degree of freedom of multi-source and multi-degree of freedom of solar simulator,its optical machine system adopts 9 lamp spherical array,and each group of lamp units can be adjusted with multiple degrees of freedom.According to the requirement of focusing,adjust the lamp unit and support mechanism,complete the design of the optical machine system.Infrared camera is used to collect the temperature distribution image of the spot.By means of machine vision,a series of image processing,such as gray-level,binarization,edge detection,and center extraction,were performed on the spot image,and finally the parameter information of spot location was obtained.The motion model of the solar simulator is simplified into a series robot,and the link coordinate system is established by d-h method.According to the position relation of the spot at the target position,the motion parameters of each joint are obtained through the inverse kinematics solution.The data communication between MATLAB and the motion controller is established,and the motion parameters are transmitted to the motion controller to drive the motor to complete the corresponding motion.The precision and temperature distribution of the spot focus were studied by infrared camera.In this thesis,a simulator with multiple light sources and multiple degrees of freedom is designed and built,which can accurately extract the coordinates of the center of the spot,and realize automatic control of the focusing system and experimental exploration.This study provides an important reference for the application of the extended focusing solar simulator.
