With the concept of smart home life put forward,people's demand for position in complex indoor environment is constantly increasing.The GPS signal reception effect is poor,even cannot effectively perform indoor positioning and navigation.Because of signals are blocked by high buildings and building materials in the process of transmission.Besides,most of the existing indoor positioning technologies require high cost assist equipment.Furthermore,the hardware determines localization accuracy and coverage area.Therefore,it is of great significance to study indoor positioning technology based on MEMS.This paper deeply research indoor position technology based on the MEMS.Firstly,the paper introduce the basic principle of this technology,analyze the causes of errors and construct the error model in the process of navigation solution.Then in order to correct the error and obtain more accurate positioning information,an indoor positioning algorithm based on MEMS is designed.This algorithm includes zero-offset correction algorithm,zero-speed point detection error correction algorithm and azimuth error correction algorithm.The zero-offset correction algorithm calibrates the accelerometer to reduce the error accumulation caused by zero-offset.Zero-speed point detection error correction algorithm uses accelerometer and gyroscope output data to determine the zero-speed point and correct the speed error.Azimuth error correction algorithm uses the magnetometer to measure the carrier's azimuth information,and corrects the orientation to improve the positioning accuracy.Finally the simulation results by using MATLAB show that the algorithm reduces the accumulation of positioning errors by eliminating the zero-offset error.The improved zero speed detection algorithm improves the accuracy rate of zero speed detection,makes displacement error get suppressed effectively.The orientation correct algorithm also effectively corrects the orientation error and makes the positioning information more accurate.
