Vibrations generated by the vehicle during driving greatly affect ride comfort,safety and operational stability.In particular,armored vehicles are often accompanied by complex road conditions and combat missions,therefore putting forward higher requirements for the ride comfort and stability of the vehicles is Especially important.The semi-active suspension based on MR damper can meet the requirements.The work in this paper consists of two parts:the first part mainly focuses on the design and performance of the double-rod MR damper,and the second part is the design of single-rod MR damper based on the first part,which is applied to the armored vehicle suspension.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)To explore the influence of damping channel and effective length on damping force and dynamic adjustable coefficient.Workbench is used to check the strength of the main components of the MR damper.The saturation magnetic circuit is calculated based on the Ohm's law magnetic circuit simplification algorithm and finite element method.(2)The mechanical properties of MR damper were tested by W+B mechanical testing machine.The genetic algorithm toolbox of Matlab/Simulink is used to identify the parameters of Bouc-Wen model and establish the model.(3)Through the transmission rate to explore the relationship between the magnification of response excitation and damping ratio and frequency ratio,as well as the unit step response to analyze the dynamic performance of vibration isolation system.A single-degree-of-freedom vibration isolation system is set up to analyze the performance of the system based on the dual-output MR damper.(4)Build a 1/2 armored vehicle suspension dynamics model.Analysis of the 1/2 armored vehicle suspension Characteristics.The mechanical properties of a single-pole MR damper is tested by MTS 850 and build a Bouc-Wen model.In this paper,the results of semi-active suspension of armored vehicle based on single-rod MR damper are investigated.Based on the above research,MR dampers are applied to single degree of vibration isolation system and armored vehicle suspension.The Control results show that the root mean square value of acceleration is reduced by 39.6%and 37.2%respectively.
