Railway meets the needs of Chinese national conditions and is an important infrastructure.In recent years,the high-speed railway has achieved great leap-forward development and has become an integral part of the transportation network in the new era.Due to the ownership of structures and equipment,projects requiring multi-departments and railways to participate in the construction are called railway-related projects.The core of the implementation phase of the railway-related project is to ensure the safe operation of existing railway,highway and municipal road transportation and supporting facilities during the construction period.The construction interference cost is the financial guarantee to solve and weaken the mutual influence between construction and transportation.It has the characteristics of high proportion of project investment and great influence on project implementation.Due to inconsistent calculation methods,there are serious cases that the settlement exceeds the budget.It is found that the key to solve the problem is to optimize the current interference cost data model in the construction of railway-related project through the research and analysis on calculation deviation of construction interference cost and serious problems with overspendingCombined with the actual experience of carrying out railway-related projects,the characteristics of railway,highway and municipal transportation and the technical management regulations of the industry are collected and sorted out,the interference cost factors of railway-related projects and the defects of the current interference cost data model are analyzed,the interference cost data model of railway-related projects is optimized,and the balance,rationality and operability of calculating the interference cost are improved.The data model before and after optimization is applied in the actual project case,and the project settlement cost is compared and analyzed as a reference factor to verify the feasibility of the optimized data model,which can take into account the interests of all parties involved in the construction.In this way,the interests of all parties involved in the construction can be taken into account,close to the actual project,the interference factors and cost composition are reasonable,and the calculation results are accurate.
