With the environmental protection problem being paid more and more attention around the world,Many countries regard new energy vehicles as the future development direction of automobiles.Since 2001,our government has issued a series of subsidies and preferential tax policies for new energy vehicles,and the development of new energy vehicles is gradually maturing.However,in the past two years,government subsidies have been gradually reduced.Can the implementation effect of government fiscal and tax policies reach the expected setting,and which policy tool is more suitable for direct subsidies and tax preferences?How should new energy automobile enterprises gradually reduce their dependence on subsidies and tax incentives,and how should they seize the opportunity to actively fight for subsidies in the last few years of subsidies?These are the problems that new energy automobile enterprises need to face in recent years.In order to promote the further development of listed enterprises of new energy vehicles,this paper mainly studies the impact of fiscal and taxation policies on the performance of listed enterprises of new energy vehicles in China.Firstly,this paper analyzes the related concepts of new energy vehicles and the theoretical basis of the impact of fiscal and taxation policies on the business performance of enterprises,and makes a brief analysis of the choice of operating performance indicators.Secondly,the paper summarizes the current financial and taxation policies of new energy automobile enterprises in China,and analyzes the problems existing in the fiscal and taxation policies,and then analyzes the scale of the fiscal and tax policies through statistical data.Then,through the statistical data and the annual report data in the official website of listed companies,the paper analyzes the operating performance of the new energy automobile enterprises in recent years.The effects of government subsidies and income tax policies on the operating performance of new energy vehicle listed enterprises are analyzed by means of comparative analysis.Finally,the empirical analysis is carried out to analyze the impact of government subsidies and income tax preferences on the performance indicators of enterprises,and because innovation ability is a crucial factor in the development of new energy automobile enterprises,this paper adds innovation ability.This paper analyzes the influence of government subsidies and income tax preferential policies on innovation ability,so this paper selects four indicators to represent the performance of enterprises.Take this as a long-term plan to meet the challenge of phasing out subsidies in the next stage.The empirical results show that government subsidies and income tax preferences have different effects on the four performance indicators.The main performance is that the government subsidy and income tax preference have positive correlation with the profitability of the enterprise,but the coefficient of the income tax preference is larger than the coefficient of the government subsidy,which indicates that the income tax preference can better improve the profitability of the enterprise;the government subsidy has no significant influence on the solvency,but the income tax preference can improve the solvency;and the income tax preference has a significant influence on the operating ability,and the income tax preference improves the operating ability,the government subsidy reduces the operating ability of the enterprise;the government subsidy and the income tax preference can both promote the innovation ability of the enterprise,and the coefficient of the government subsidy is slightly larger than the coefficient of the income tax preference,the main reason is that new energy automobile enterprises received government subsidies are mostly special subsidies.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is consistent with the national policy.In the long run,it is believed that the income tax preference is more effective than the government subsidy in encouraging the business performance.But in the short term,the role of government subsidies can not be ignored in terms of innovation ability.Therefore,in order to improve the operating performance of new energy automobile enterprises,the paper puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions from the short and long term,we should pay attention to the guidance of government subsidies and the incentive effect of income tax preferences on the performance of enterprises.In addition,we should improve the dynamic assessment mechanism of government subsidy funds and maintain the policy stability to promote the performance of new energy automobile enterprises.
