Energy is an important pillar of social and economic development.With the increasing demand for energy,the problems of environmental pollution and unbalanced energy supply and demand are becoming more and more serious.Therefore,it is more urgent to explore a broader mode of clean energy consumption,a more efficient method of energy comprehensive utilization and a more optimized means of energy system operation control.Integrated energy system is an important way to promote the development of clean energy and support the efficient energy utilization,energy conservation and emission reduction.In this paper,the evaluation index model for integrated energy system is studied and the planning technology roadmap of integrated energy system is analyzed.The method of energy supply and demand allocation optimization and energy station location optimization based on improved genetic algorithm are proposed.Aiming at the complex operation control problem of integrated energy system,a method of integrated energy smart control optimization based on Cyber-Physical System(CPS)is proposed.An energy load simulation calculation model and energy unit model of integrated energy system are established.An evaluation index model including economic,environmental and energy structural elements for integrated energy system is proposed.The economic benefit of multienergy allocation is evaluated by using economic index based on comprehensive cost method.The environmental index combined with climate change index and pollutant emission index are used to reflect the environmental benefit.The rationality of energy input and consumption structure are evaluated by energy index.A multi-objective optimization model of energy supply and demand allocation with multiconstraints was established considering the initial investment cost,operation and maintenance cost and pollutant emission.The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem,and the ability of genetic algorithm in local search is enhanced by modifying the fitness function and using the adaptive crossover and mutation probability.An energy station location optimization model with the objective of minimizing construction costs and energy transportation losses is established.An optimization variable setting method based on geographic coordinates and a user allocation process based on the principle of minimum distance are introduced.The above optimization methods are applied to the planning of the integrated energy system of Pharm Port Designated Town in Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Area.The Pareto solution set for the optimization of energy supply and demand allocation oriented to the economic and environmental objectives is obtained.In addition,using the energy structure evaluation index,the recycling energy utilization rate of all solution is analyzed,which is over 45%.After the coordinate processing of town's geographic information,multi-energy station location optimization for 10 important energy users is carried out.The technology roadmap of smart control optimization of integrated energy system based on CPS is put forward,which is a closed-loop control system of "state sensing-model predictionoptimization decision-accurate execution".The thermal-hydraulic model,data-driven calibration model and operation optimization model of heating network in integrated energy system are established.Taking the steam heating network of Shanghai Chemical Industry Park as an example,the accuracy of the thermal-hydraulic model simulation after calibration is verified.The overall error between the simulation results and the measured data is less than 5.5%.By using the parallel optimization method,the operation control strategy of the electric control valve in the middle of steam heating network is analyzed and optimized under four typical working conditions,which improves the quality of steam supply for heat users.
