| The competition among the automotive electronics industry is becoming increasingly fierce,To do the automotive electronics business is increasing,The innovation function and quality requirements of automotive electronic products,and after-sales service requirements are increasingly improved.However,due to the integrated project implementation process is very complex,involving a wide range,making the whole project there are many uncertain factors.So the project facing the risks and a low success rate,customer satisfaction is not high.Neusoft as Brilliance Auto F10 car central assembly project contractor,is responsible for from requirements analysis to system design,to test code,until the final SOP,the customer is concerned only with the results of implementation of the project,the whole implementation process is responsible completely by Neusoft,which project management of east soft proposed higher requirements,especially the project schedule management.R&D project schedule planning and control is a difficult problem.In order to solve this problem,in this paper,The project team will use project schedule management method to improve the management level of the project schedule.In this paper,we will use the theoretical and ideological progress of the project management,and Brilliance Auto F10 car project schedule management as the object of study.Basing on the analyzing of the basic situation of the project,we discuss the progress of the project management theory in actual implementation of the project application.Firstly,it describes the background and significance of Brilliance Auto F10 car in the control assembly project.Secondly,the theory of the project implementation process using the project schedule management.Then the construction of the project scope,the area of research,the goal of research,and the organization structure.In making the planning of Brilliance Auto F10 car central assembly schedule project,basing on the work breakdown,establishing a logical relationship and determining the allocation of responsibilities,drawing network diagrams.So the initial formation of schedule is established.Finally,analyzing impacting factors of the project,and analysis and detect the presence of the project schedule deviations,take effective measures to control the project schedule deviations and promptly correct and adjust to ensure the smooth progress of the project execution according to plan.Derived from the practice of the project we can give a conclusion that to develop a reasonable schedule integration projects,to take effective control of the progress can promote the reasonable progress of integration projects,so that the resource allocation can be of optimal state. |
