Permanent magnet drive is a speed control and energy-saving pure mechanical structural equipment,which controls the output speed/torque by regulating air gap length,transfers torque through the force between magnetic fields,realizes the non-contact energy transmission.This paper designs a new structure of the new governor,establishes the analytic model of the winding permanent magnet governor based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method,deduces the expression of the torque and eddy current,A 15kW permanent magnet speed governor was designed and simulated.The influence of main structural parameters on output torque was studied.The effects of torque,loss,magnetic flux density,magnetic field intensity,temperature field Winding permanent magnet speed governor and disk permanent magnet governor are compared and analyzed.In this paper,the working principle and energy-saving principle of the permanent magnet speed governor are analyzed,and the permanent magnet speed governor is classified from two aspects of structure and product.The research status and application status of the permanent magnet governor The paper presents a new permanent magnet governor with winding type permanent magnet governor.The structure of winding permanent magnet governor is designed,the input shaft end is iron core and coil,and the output shaft end is permanent magnet plate.Based on the equivalent magnetic circuit method,the analytical model of the permanent magnet governor is established,and the expression of torque and eddy current is deduced,which provides the theoretical basis for the calculation of torque and eddy current.A three-dimensional finite element model of the permanent magnet governor is established.The modeling process is introduced in detail.According to the characteristics of the winding permanent magnet governor,the material selection,mesh division,boundary condition setting,Strength,magnetic induction intensity,torque,loss of the simulation results were analyzed.The parameters such as core thickness,inner and outer diameters,number of coils,size of permanent magnets,inner diameter of the permanent magnets,and the number of permanent magnets are further analyzed for the parameters that affect the torque of the winding permanent magnet governor.This provides the basis for the design of the more powerful governor.For the same size of the winding permanent magnet governor and the traditional disk permanent magnet governor,this article in' four aspects of comparative analysis:torque,loss,magnetic flux density,magnetic field strength,the results show that for the same size of the two Structure,winding permanent magnet torque and power governor greater,can increase 58%,magnetic induction and magnetic field strength stronger,but at the same time eddy current loss greater.Simulation results of the temperature field show that the winding permanent magnet governor has lower temperature,which overcomes the temperature rise problem of the governor and greatly improves the service life.
