| The power transformer is the most important electrical equipment in the power transmission system,and it plays a central role in the power grid.The transformer cooler control system who ensure transformer reliable operation is an important part of transformer.The cooling control method of large capacity transformer generally is ODAF at home and abroad,and the cooling control system still is the technical level of the 1960s by means of relay logic control.This control method can only meet the basic control functions.The control circuit structures complex,high failure rate,can’t be accurate controlled and other problems have been increasingly highlighted.Aiming at various problems of the traditional transformer cooler control system,this paper introduce and build a new type of transformer cooler control system.The new system with fuzzy controller as the core for transformer cooler control system.In addition the system also has the fault analysis and processing,remote monitoring control and other functions.In this paper,first introduce the development status and trend both at home and abroad of the transformer cooler control system,the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional transformer cooler control system through consult a lot of papers and books.Secondly,research transformer cooler control by cooling way of transformer and power transformer industry standards.Determine the method of transformer cooler control after analysis and research.This method with fuzzy controller as the core for transformer cooler control system.The transformer oil temperature and current load is input of systerm,and The transformer cooler fan frequency is output of systerm.Establish the fuzzy rules between input and output after selection and fuzzy of the physical domain for input and output.Simulate the systerm with the Mamdani fuzzy controller in Matlab and compile the fuzzy data list.Finally,research and design the hardware and software part of transformer cooler control system.The hardware part includes dual power structure,main circuit,control circuit,PLC logic control circuit,transformer protection and control circuit,remote monitoring and control circuit,temperature and humidity circuit.The software part includes PLC main program and subprogram programming,communication options,touch screen programming and I/O address setting.This paper detailed introduces research and design method of the fuzzy control systerm for transformer cooler,and build the fuzzy control system of transformer cooler.It laid the foundation for further research. |
