For the rotary machines,such as the gas turbine,aero-engine and compressor,misalignment fault is one of the most common failure forms.According to the domestic and foreign related data analysis,the vibration of rotating machinery fault more than about 60%are caused by wrong in or associated with it.Misalignment will cause instability of the rotor system in motion,resulting in vibration equipment,bearing wear,axis flexure deformation,rotor and stator rubbing and a series of problems,it can affect the normal operation of the equipment and cause equipment damage and cause more serious accidents,Therefore,Research on rotor dynamics problems of misalignment,control right transfer subsystem vibration behavior theory and method,Not only has important theoretical significance,but also has important practical application value.In the engineering practice,the most commonly used research methods is physics experiment,And the experiment with the prototype system,especially for the complicated structure and size larger prototype system test has limitations,such as complex structure,high test cost and test cycle is long,etc.So to carry out the test model of dynamic similarity research is of great significance.With dynamic similarity retrieval prototype test model rotor system of the dynamic characteristics of rotor system and fault feature,And then get the prototype of the dynamic characteristics and failure mechanism of the rotor system.The similarity relationships are firstly derived from dynamic equations of rotor system.Analyze the main steps of establishing similar relations and the commonly used method.And respectively analyzed the coupling of the misalignment and the bearing of the two kinds of failure of failure mechanism,established with this two kinds of wrong fault of rotor dynamics equation,use the equation analysis of the similarity relation of the two parameters was deduced expressions,and has carried on the simulation,proved the correctness of the similar relation in the wrong is deduced,considering the actual structures in the process of the test bench,there is a deviation part parameters of similarity relation,Similar parameters impact analysis design provides guidance for similar model,Analyzed the deep groove ball bearings under the influence of the dynamic characteristics of misalignment,put forward of the bearing fault of bearing selection principles and design ideas;In order to verify the correctness of the similar relations of misalignment,set the fault in the prototype and the model test rig,And a confirmatory test was carried out,experimental results proved the correctness of the similar relations of misalignment.
