With the development of the modern aero-engine,the blisk has been widely used in the compressor and turbine for the sake of higher thrust-weight ratio.Compared with the classic bladed disk,the blisk has more robust mechanical property,less weight and less components.Different from classic bladed disks,blisks lack some devices to neutralize the dynamic stress generated in the random vibration.Other kinds of dampings,therefore,have to be introduced in the use of blisks.Since hard-coatings have excellent damping capacity even in the condition of hyper temperature and high corrosion,they can be applied with blisks.In order to better apply hard-coatings to blisks,many test and analysis should be carried to study the vibration performance of hard-coating blisks.This paper is based on this issue and the main research contents are as following:(1)Using two hard-coating blisk subjects with and without damping respectively to carry out vibration experiments.First of all,the study roughly measured the natural frequency using hammer method.Then,natural frequencies were accurately obtained using electromagnetic vibration generator system to excite and using lightweight acceleration sensor to obtain data.After that,vibration responses were measured with specified frequency.Finally,after comparing the data of two subjects,we can find hard-coating damping has remarked damping effect.(2)Based on the experimental data,our study used ANSYS to create finite element model with damping and discuss the influences of different element types,modeling,constraints on the vibration performance of blisks.And finally the method of modeling and calculating were determined.We can find,with respect to complex blisks,the element type of blisks should be consistent with coating's.(3)Based on the experimental data,cyclic symmetry blisk model was created with ANSYS.The vibration property and response were calculated.Since we only need one section of blisk in process of modeling,the scale of cyclic symmetry model is far less than that of full blisk model so that it can save enormous time.Moreover,there are less errors between the results of two models.(4)The study further discuss the influence of coating's material parameter on blisks.Several reasonable parameter were specified.And then after calculating the natural frequencies and vibration responses,we can find,with young's modulus and thickness increasing,the natural frequencies increase at the meantime,whereas the responses decrease.Loss factor hardly has effects on vibration property of blisks.
