Research On Urban Leisure Agricultural Landscape Planning And Design

With the development of social economy,agriculture gradually embodies more functions,and is no longer confined to the basic functions of providing agricultural by-products and protecting farmers’ employment.Thus,urban leisure and sightseeing agriculture is born.Its main characteristic is to take the city resident as the main service object.At present,the research on the landscape of leisure agriculture park in Guangxi is less,and the landscape design of leisure agriculture is even less.Nanning is the capital of Guangxi and the most developed region of Guangxi.The development of urban leisure and sightseeing agriculture is the leading area of Guangxi leisure agriculture development.The study of urban leisure and sightseeing agricultural landscape in Nanning is helpful to understand the development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Guangxi and is of great significance to promote the development of leisure and sightseeing agriculture in Nanning.It is of great significance to fill up the blank of urban leisure and sightseeing agricultural landscape design in Guangxi.In this context,the author consulted and studied the domestic and foreign leisure agricultural park planning and leisure agricultural park landscape design and other relevant theoretical books and materials.Nanning City of different types of leisure agriculture landscape design of the field investigation,combined with case study,Expert consultation and AHP method were used to construct the AVC comprehensive evaluation system of urban leisure and agricultural garden landscape.Finally,taking Baile macadamia nut demonstration area in Liangqing District of Nanning City as an example,through field investigation,questionnaire survey and expert experience scoring,etc,from the point of attraction,AVC Landscape Synthesis of Bailo Macadamia Nut demonstration Base in Liangqing District from three aspects of Vitality and bearing capacity In order to guide the overall planning and construction of Baile macadamia nut demonstration area in Liangqing district,this paper analyzes the situation of its development,summarizes its weakness and puts forward the corresponding promotion strategy.Through research and analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The characteristics of landscape planning and design of urban leisure agriculture park in Nanning are as follows:①Comprehensive development mode;②Integration of marketing and brand concept;③The use of landscape borrowing techniques;④Landscape planning mainly based on natural layout.(2)The problems existing in the development of urban leisure agriculture in Nanning are as follows:①Lack of theoretical guidance in planning and design,neglect of ecological protection,pursuit of short-term benefits and weak sustainability of park development seriously affect the carrying capacity of the park;②The introduction of brand concept is blind,and its characteristics are not clear,so it is unable to fully emphasize the theme of the park and set up a brand park,which is not conducive to economic development and affects its vitality(V);③The landscape of the park is poor in season,which leads to the obvious gap between the management of the park and the peak season,which affects the long-term development of the park;④The function orientation and the layout form generally converge,the urban leisure agriculture park landscape is much the same,greatly reduces the attraction(A);⑤Because of the lack of landscape management and conservation measures,the landscape quality of the park is difficult to maintain for a long time,and the carrying capacity of the park landscape can not be guaranteed by(C).(3)People in Nanning generally think that the importance of landscape influencing factors of urban leisure agriculture is:landscape design rationality and beauty(Natural environment)>ecological environment sustainability(Environmental carrying capacity).Ecological carrying capacity>Cultural and artistic infectivity(Humanistic Environment)>Design of participatory activities(Psychological carrying capacity)>Infrastructure and Sanitation(Spatial Environment)>rationality of Consumer Price(Industrial structure)>Characteristic agricultural products(economic vitality).(4)The planning and design of urban leisure agriculture landscape can be guided by AVC theory.The three weights of AVC evaluation system of urban leisure agriculture landscape are:Attraction(0.5374)>Carrying capacity(0.2680)>Vitality(0.1946).This result is basically consistent with the results of public opinion polls.(5)The evaluation result of landscape AVC in Nanning Liangqing Bailo macadamia nut demonstration area is good.The attraction score was 3.2173,the bearing capacity score was 2.9551,and the vitality score was 3.3743.Through the comprehensive analysis of the score of three forces,this paper sums up the promotion strategy of landscape AVC:(1)the promotion of attraction(grasping the contact with the outside)-landscape visual construction,road planning,Water system planning,green space planning and architectural style and features of human settlements,such as the upgrading of the environment;(2)the promotion of vitality(grasping the timing of its own development)-integration planning of agricultural tourism,tourism industry planning,industrial scale construction and improvement of industrial structure;Improving carrying capacity(adjusting the Internal Mechanism of balance)-Ecological Construction,perfect Tourism supporting facilities,strengthen Environmental Protection and Landscape maintenance Protection,reasonable planning of site matrix and rational utilization of woodland,water body,cultivated land and other resources.
