With the continuous improvement of people's material standard of living,the world's car ownership is increasing year by year,and the resulting environmental pollution problem is becoming more and more serious.Electric vehicle is a new type of vehicle to alleviate environmental pollution.It can solve the problem of automobile pollution emission to a certain extent.The study on electric cars is regarded as the direction of the development of automobile technology in China.In order to cooperate with the popularization and promotion of electric vehicles,it is necessary to take into account the development of charging facilities of electric vehicles.As an important charging facility,the charging speed of electric vehicle charging pile is relatively slow,which cannot meet all users' demands.Therefore,the study and design of charging piles of electric vehicles make the charging process of electric vehicles safer,stable,intelligent and fast,which has a profound significance for the development of electric vehicles.This thesis designs the main circuit units of electric vehicle charging pile,including rectifier unit,power conversion unit and human machine interaction unit,and models the rectifier unit and power conversion unit.For the rectifier unit,VIENNA rectifier is used to replace the normal power frequency rectifier,providing a high quality dc power.Then the DC-DC bridge power transformation is carried out for the output DC,and the output size is adjusted by phase-shift control.Finally,the man-machine interaction unit is designed and the working flow chart of the human machine interaction system is given.This thesis makes an in-depth study of the control system of the charging pile,mainly including hardware design and simulation study.DSP is adopted as the microprocessor in the hardware design part.Based on this,power supply circuit,sampling circuit,driving circuit and communication interface circuit are designed.In simulation study part,design the main circuit of the controller of the rectifier unit and power conversion unit,among them,the VIENNA rectifier unit,using exponential reaching law of sliding mode control method to improve the voltage controller design,and uses MATLAB to complete the main circuit simulation modeling work.
