Safe and stable operation of power plant equipment is an important basis for ensuring the reliability of power plant production.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of China's power production scale,the complexity and quantity of equipment in power plants have increased exponentially,so higher requirements have been put forward for the work of power plant inspection departments.In the past power plant inspection work,due to the influence of supervision and technical cost,there have been many problems such as low efficiency,high false detection and missed detection rate,which are directly related to the production safety of power plants.Patrol Inspection Specialty in daily work of power plants is an important work related to the safety of power plant production,and it has been a pain point in the power industry.Due to the limitation of technical level,the traditional way of electric power patrol inspection relies more on the patrol inspectors holding patrol work orders to the production site for patrol inspection.When problems arise,the paper and pencil are used to record,and the patrol inspection forms are submitted after the patrol inspection.In order to improve the existing working mechanism,this paper designs a mobile-end APP based on Android system.This software uses MVP design pattern to divide basic modules,and uses the latest mobile-end framework OKHttp+Retrofit to implement network modules.Json is used as the data exchange carrier between mobile and server,and Base64 encoding is used for some sensitive data.Encryption and data compression are performed.In order to achieve the appearance effect of design drawings,Activity is used as the basic carrier of interface display in interface design,and login interface,avatar collection page,patrol workflow display page,route selection page,transition page,patrol information collection page are realized by using fragment,RecycleView,GridView,Alert Dialog and custom Dialog.Wait for working pages and related information prompts.Bluetooth SDK is used for indoor positioning,which avoids the indoor positioning error caused by insufficient GPS signal.Because there are many components involved,EventBus is used as a bridge to communicate among the components,and the data communication between the components is realized.Following the classical steps of requirement analysis,design,coding and testing in software engineering,a set of mobile APP software based on Android operating system is implemented.After field testing,the software can not only realize the previous patrol work,but also realize the functions of employee login authentication,route equipment identification,thermal imaging andso on,combining with Android related technology.It can improve the work efficiency and data reliability of patrol inspection.At present,the software has been running in a unit of Huaneng Group in Heilongjiang Province.Facts have proved that the software has great application value and market prospects.
