Research On SJ Company Finance Internal Control System

Enterprise finance internal control,to ensure the realization of enterprise's financial goal,is the core of enterprise internal control.SJ Company is a rapidly growing medium-sized construction enterprise,in which the project management is the core management system.With the industry characteristics of large scale investment,long production cycle,complex influence factors and intense competition,and at the rapid development stage,financial risk may occur In the whole project management process.Based on the theories of risk management,internal control,the COSO framework,system engineering and several years of practice in the company,this dissertation took a systematic study of the facing financial risk,current financial internal control status,the existing problems evaluation and analysis and internal financial control system construction and optimization.With the thought of integration of financial internal control and enterprise management,the SJ traditional finance internal control system was reformed and optimized to an independence system based on the system engineering theory.The innovative basic frame structure,in which project cost control is taken as the core,the whole process project management is taken as the main line,and comprehensive budget control is taken as a main mean,was proposed.Furthermore,in accordance with the five elements of COSO framework of control environment,risk identification,control activities,information and communication,the internal audit and oversight,construction optimization of the relevant important management systems and measures were constructed and optimized.This research may be useful for SJ Company and other construction enterprises to improve their management level,and to enhance fighting risk ability,competitiveness and economic benefits.
