Radar countermeasure has played an important role in modern warfare.Through effectiveness evaluation,we can get effective information such as the performance and operational capability of radar countermeasure system,which is significant for the development,improvement and operation of radar countermeasure system.However,due to the large number of uncertainties,electromagnetic environment factors and human factors in the real battlefield environment,the traditional method of evaluating the effectiveness of radar countermeasures is mainly based on the post evaluation,which can only be used for prewar preparation,but not for wartime adjustment.In order to solve the effect of the above problem on the effectiveness evaluation,this paper studies the online effectiveness evaluation.Online effectiveness evaluation is based on the real-time state data and environmental data of radar countermeasures system,and completes the calculation of various evaluation indicators,and obtains real-time evaluation of effectiveness.It has great military application value for the distribution of interference resources and the effectiveness of real-time monitoring of interference.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper presents a specific evaluation method and carries out a simulation verification.In this thesis,the effectiveness of radar countermeasure is divided into three parts: jamming effectiveness,reconnaissance efficiency and man-machine system effectiveness by using the idea of analytic hierarchy process.According to the online assessment,the real time state data and the environmental data are used as the evaluation material,and the corresponding evaluation indexes are obtained.In this thesis,the evaluation method of interference effectiveness is first studied.Through the study of the existing literature,the jamming effectiveness evaluation index is summarized as time,space,frequency and energy,and the measure factor of each evaluation index is given through theoretical analysis,which reflects the jamming effectiveness of the jamming system.After that,the evaluation method of reconnaissance effectiveness is studied.Through the research of the existing literature methods and the characteristics of the radar reconnaissance equipment,the interception probability is selected as the evaluation index of the effectiveness of the reconnaissance system.The work of radar and radar reconnaissance equipment is studied,and the mathematical modeling of signal search and interception process of radar reconnaissance system is established,which reflects the efficiency of reconnaissance and interception of radar reconnaissance system.The distribution of three parameter Weibull distribution is used to fit the distributed time of the effective space domain in the radar,so as to improve the applicability of the model.At last,the evaluation method of man-machine system efficiency is studied.Based on the analysis of radar countermeasure human-machine system,the efficiency of human-machine system is divided into two aspects: capability index and reliability index,and the calculation method of each index is given.In order to verify the accuracy of the jamming effectiveness evaluation method,this thesis simulates the pulse compression radar system and carries out the interference experiment.The influence of interference signal's time,space,frequency and energy on the pulse compression radar system is obtained,and the correctness and effectiveness of evaluation index and evaluation method are verified.In order to verify the accuracy of reconnaissance effectiveness evaluation method,a typical radar reconnaissance application scenario is designed,and the effectiveness of different reconnaissance strategies is evaluated by reconnaissance effectiveness evaluation method.The effectiveness of the reconnaissance effectiveness evaluation method is verified by comparing the difference between the results of the evaluation and the statistical value of the reconnaissance effectiveness.It also proves that the evaluation method can reflect the effectiveness difference between reconnaissance strategies more accurately,and can be used to optimize the selection of auxiliary reconnaissance strategy.In order to verify the accuracy of man-machine system effectiveness evaluation method,we simulate the system equipment and operator to simulate its capability and reliability index,so as to verify the rationality of the above effectiveness evaluation method.
