| With the continuous deepening of mechanical research,the versatility,high speed,comprehensiveness,and intelligence of excavating machinery have become the main directions for its development.Based on the development direction of mechanical equipment,this research takes the bionic similarity theory model as the experimental object,and studies,designs and manufactures the test system for mining resistance of bionic soil-touching test pieces.(1)Conducted earth-contact force experiments.By using a universal testing machine,the soil resistance of the test piece was tested,and the resistance of the test to be considered when designing the resistance test system was estimated.(2)System mechanical structure design and selection of the best solution for system construction.The overall design of the system is designed and selected,and ABQUS software is used for force analysis to determine the final system mechanical structure.(3)Select,purchase,process and install the components of the resistance system.(4)Design of the control part of the test system for excavation resistance of the bionic touch test piece,part selection purchase,and overall wiring.(5)PLC control program preparation and debugging,touch screen programming and debugging,using computer software programming,and then download the program to the PLC and touch screen,through debugging can be used from the computer.(6)The designing of excavation mechanism imitated mole cricket’s motion feature,the movement trajectory of excavating claws of oriental mole cricket was analyzed,and a new mechanism was obtained for the movement path of excavated claws,and the movement parameters and biological parameters of the new mechanism were also studied.In contrast,the bionic mechanism is finally determined and applied to the resistance testing system executing agency.(7)Apply the test system for mining resistance of bionic soil-touching test Pieces to the contact soil test of the standard triangular wedge test piece and the biomimetic test piece,test the soil contact resistance of the test piece under the multi-condition constraint,and compare the results and complete the analysis.The purpose of testing the practicality and functionality of the resistance test system is completed.Based on this,the system is applied to the performance test of the bionic test piece of the excavating claw.The new bionic touch test piece excavation resistance test system can be used to excavate the resistance test experiment of various parts of the machine,and can more accurately and conveniently collect the part resistance data,and provide data support for excavating the design of mechanical parts.The design of a new type of resistance test actuator was also carried out to enable the collection of resistance data under the condition of the excavation operation of the fixed parts of the parts,which facilitates the detection of the energy consumption of the excavating machinery on the whole machine and further improves the excavating components.The system can meet the performance requirements of stable operation and high security,as well as meet the functional requirements of measuring resistance data,completing independent control,and speed adjustment. |
