| With the increasing number of urban vehicles,because of the visual blind area of car drivers,traffic congestion makes vehicles prone to have collision and friction accidents at low speed.More and more traffic accidents make people think that it is important to eliminate the visual blind area of car drivers,which gives birth to the vehicle panoramic imaging system.The vehicle panoramic imaging system can collect real-time image information from four wide-angle camera modules around the vehicle,and splice it into a panoramic bird’s eye view,covering the 360 degree range around the car body.Such system can effectively reduce the driver’s visual blind area.In addition,on the basis of traditional panoramic imaging system,using high-definition panoramic imaging camera as the "eye"of the high-definition panoramic imaging system,the resolution of the system’s output image is improved.Therefore,the development and design of the high-definition panoramic imaging camera module is particularly important.The main works of this study are to design the hardware circuit and software parameters of the high-definition panoramic imaging camera module according to the requirements of the vehicle panoramic imaging plan and based on the AR0140 image sensor chip as the core,and make the module pass the EMC test and eye chart test and other automotive electronic standard tests.Firstly,this paper is to confirm a new POC transmission scheme as the interface scheme of the camera module according to the characteristics and actual requirements of the high-definition panoramic imaging camera module.At the same time,given the design requirements of POC interface and high-speed signal transmission,the circuit schematic diagram and the design of PCB board are completed.Secondly,the EMC test and eye diagram test are carried out on the designed camera module and rectification and reforming are conducted based on the results so as to make the camera module meet the test requirements of automotive electronics.Then,the communication protocol of POC transmission scheme is analyzed.Given that the POC transmission scheme can delay the communication between the motherboard and the camera module,this paper use a I2C communication protocol to solve the delay problem,so that the motherboard can communicate with the remote equipment through the POC line.Finally,the parameter adjustment of the output image effect and the calibration of the output image center of the high-definition panoramic imaging camera module are carried out,which make all camera modules become consistent,for the practical application of vehicle camera.To sum up,the POC transmission of high-definition panoramic imaging camera module designed in this study can be applied to vehicle mounted high-definition circle view system. |
