Based on the research methods of theoretical analysis, field test and numerical simulation, the supporting technology and stability of the foundation pit slope project of the directional resettlement house in Dingfuzhuang,Beijing were studied. The structural characteristics, supporting principle and design principle of deep foundation pit pile anchor support structure are analyzed and the design scheme of foundation pit slope support is put forward by using the "Lingzheng" foundation pit support design software. With the use of FLAC3 D numerical simulation software, the numerical analysis mechanics model was established, and the change rules of the slope displacement and the mechanical characteristics of the supporting structure of the foundation pit during the excavation process was clarified. The foundation pit excavation monitoring system was established.Based on the instability of the supporting structure cased by foundation pit excavation and water seepage, the mechanical characteristics of the supporting structure and the surrounding environment of foundation pit pile are analyzed, and the change rules of slope pile displacement, anchor cable axial force and surrounding soil settlement during foundation pit excavation are obtained, and the causes of the dangerous situation of the west slope of the foundation pit are clarified. The treatment measures for the instability of the foundation pit slope are proposed, the measures to deal with the danger of foundation pit slope instability are put forword. And the supporting parameters and excavation construction scheme are adjusted to ensure the safety of foundation pit construction.
