In order to adapt to the development of the various kinds of micro electronic equipment,scholars in various countries have carried out research on micro batteries.The electrode is the main component of the battery,which has an important influence on the size and performance of the battery.To ensure the high energy density and long service life of the micro battery,the electrode of the micro battery must have high specific capacity,high voltage difference,and have a small shape and good structure stability.The preparation technology is particularly critical.LNCM523 and Li4Ti5O122 were respectively used as positive and negative electrode materials of the electrode.The water soluble carrier was prepared in a certain proportion with solvent,thickening agent and dispersant.It was mixed with electrode materials to prepare the printing ink.And it was printed on the predetermined route.The electrode was prepared by sintering under nitrogen protection.The results are concluded.The Li4Ti5O122 thin electrode has a good electrochemical performance doped with10%graphite.The first charge and discharge capacity is 165.6mAh/g,which is 18%higher than that of the undoped Li4Ti5O12electrode.It is also 4.4%higher than that of the Li4Ti5O122 electrode coated by sucrose with a mass fraction of 20%as carbon source.After 10 cycles,the discharge capacity is 158.1mAh/g,which is 95.5%of the first discharge capacity.The Li4Ti5O122 printing ink with 6%hydroxypropyl/hydroxyethyl cellulose?mixed with mass fraction of 1:1?as thickener and 59%Li4Ti5O12as negative material has a good performance of the rheological properties.The viscosity of the printing ink is26.53 Pa·s.The thin electrode has a smaller resistivity of 205K?·cm sintered at950?.The LNCM523 printing ink with 6%hydroxypropyl/hydroxyethyl cellulose?mixed with mass fraction of 1:1?as thickener and LNCM523 as negative material has a good printing performance.The viscosity of the printing ink is 25.50Pa·s.The thin electrode prepared by sintering at 400?has a smaller resistivity of 18.33K?·cm.It is decreased by 65%compared to LNCM523 thin electrode.The electrode and the substrate have a good adhesion.The electrode film is flat and compact.The LNCM523particles have a good contact.The micro extrusion process of the printing ink in a needle tube is simulated by the software of ANSYS R15.0.With the increase of the ink viscosity,the flow speed of the ink in the needle tube decreases.The viscosity is smaller,and the speed of the ink is more significant as the viscosity changes.The flow speed of the ink is linearly and positively correlated with pressure.
