With the rapid development of economy and society,the process of urbanization is advancing rapidly,and the number of high-rise or small high-rise buildings is increasing day by day.Urban water supply is closely related to people’s production and life.How to realize low energy consumption and safe water supply mode is the focus of attention.The 13th Five-Year Plan elevates water security to the strategic height of the country.Water quality security and energy conservation have become an important goal.It is an inevitable trend for the development of intelligent water utilities to design a stable,reliable,environmentally friendly and energy-saving environment suitable for complex secondary water supply by using advanced automatic control technology,data analysis and transmission technology.In this paper,according to the characteristics of pipeline,pressure characteristics and the principle of pipe network pressure superposition secondary relay,the principle of pressure superposition and frequency conversion constant pressure energy-saving and consumption-reducing are expounded.In this paper,the control system of overlapping pressure water supply is composed of the core controller frequency converter,PLC and touch screen,and the pump group with different capacity parameters is taken as the control object to expound the realization process of overlapping pressure water supply in pipeline network.The electrical design is carried out,and th input and output points of PLC are effectively counted.The emphasis of this paper includes the design of the architecture and scheme of the automatic control system for superimposed water supply,and the realization of the automatic rotation control function of the pump group.The purpose is to realize pressure superposition water supply through PLC control pump group flexible switching frequency state and control the combination of multiple pumps;through PID control to achieve constant pressure water supply,and finally realize the pipe network superposition water supply system.,the system fully automatic operation,unattended.The innovation of this project is as follows:(1)、Breaking the open water supply mode of the pool(tank)and compensating the differential pressure on the basis of the head energy of the municipal pipe network,the energy-saving effect is remarkable;furthermore,the equipment is completely sealed to prevent the secondary pollution of the water quality,and the sanitation and safety are guaranteed.(2).the automatic rotation and switching of multi pump groups extend the service life of the equipment.(3)."screen/cabinet" dual operation mode,equipment control is safer.Finally,the operation data of the system are analyzed.The results show that the superimposed water supply system can save energy by 16%-49%,and the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
