With the continuous economic and social development of the country,the urbanization process has been aggravated,and the existing power grid has had a big contradiction with the urban development planning.Distribution automation uses automatic control technology,computer technology,communications technology,electronic technology and high-performance power distribution equipment and other technical means to manage the distribution system scientifically.Distribution automation technology is an important part of the smart distribution network.In fact,the process of using it practically is the pursuit of power companies at all levels.This paper studies the planning and construction of distribution network in Han Yu Valley demonstration area of Ji'nan City penetratingly.First of all,this paper introduces the related technologies and principles of power distribution automation commonly used in engineering,including the typical connection mode of distribution network,distribution automation technology and communication technology.Subsequently,the article conducted an in-depth investigation of the overall distribution network structure,distribution equipment,protection and reclosing,distribution automation system and communication system in Jinan City,providing experience and technical support for the construction of distribution automation in the demonstration area.The construction goals and plans for the distribution network in the demonstration area is formulated,including lOkV grid construction,distribution equipment construction,distribution management and control platform construction.This paper focuses on the Han Yu Valley distribution network design and planning of all the construction.For the construction of grid network structure,the enhanced dual-ring network structure is used,which can greatly improve the reliability of power supply and operation flexibility.For the construction of unified data acquisition and centralized monitoring platform,the platform is divided into five layers.After deployment,the platform can realize intelligent distribution management,distribution protection,feeder automation,electricity integration and other functions and services.For the construction of wide area distributed power management system,it consists of hardware construction and software construction.The hardware architecture includes five layers of equipment such as data acquisition layer,local control layer,data conversion layer,data channel and data application layer.The software can achieve energy coordination control of each micro-grid,optimal scheduling,coordinated control of micro grid,and energy optimization scheduling function.This paper also focuses on the design of distribution network protection and feeder automation construction program,which is based on state quantity of differential protection technology and topology-based network protection technology.It can accurate positioning of the fault zone and fast isolation,and restore non-fault area power supply from the local or main substation according to the form of wiring at the same time.This article summarizes and analyzes the efficiency of Han Yu Valley distribution automation construction.Its benefits are reflected in many aspects,such as the reliability,management level improvement,and social benefit.After the construction of the distribution network automation project in the Han Yu Valley completed,it will certainly provide a reliable guarantee for the operation and development of Jinan's economy and society,and play a good role in leading and demonstrating the automation of distribution networks throughout the Shandong province and the whole country.
