Due to environmental pollution,increased haze,and other reasons,the state has paid more attention to comprehensive ecological improvement.Lithium batteries are widely used in various fields as a kind of energy storage medium with excellent comprehensive performance such as green environmental protection,high energy ratio,and long life span.The market share of the portable backup power supply market is also increasing.As the market demand for lithium batteries is higher and higher than energy,and the work environment is more and more harsh,in order to give full play to the optimal performance of lithium battery groups,ensure the safety of lithium battery packs,and improve the environmental adaptability and circulation of lithium battery packs.It is necessary to effectively monitor and control the working state and process of the lithium battery pack.Therefore,it is of vital important to study the portable backup lithium battery management system.This article researches and analyzes the management of portable backup lithium battery packs.By enumerating the work environment and functional requirements of portable backup power supplies,and according to the characteristics and performance parameters of lithium batteries,a management system suitable for portable backup lithium battery packs is designed.The main tasks of this paper are:(1)Enumerate and analyze the working principle,characteristics and performance parameters of lithium batteries,design the overall framework of the system with the requirements of a practical portable backup lithium battery pack power project.(2)The subject involved key technology research and design,including the balance of backup lithium battery packs,SOC estimation,anti-pulse precharging design,lithium battery group severe over-discharge activation function design.(3)Lithium battery pack management system hardware design,including data acquisition And balance,charge and discharge protection and heating control,RS485 communication,lamp board design,power supply module-related hardware circuit.(4)Lithium battery pack software design,including data acquisition and equalization,charge and discharge protection and heating control,SOC estimation,RS485 communication software processing flow.(5)Visual C++ language for the management system host computer interface programming,realizing the setting of system threshold parameters and data real-time display.(6)After the debugging of each module of the system,an overall system test is performed to verify that the system can meet the requirements and operate normally and stably.The management system designed for portable backup lithium battery packs can ensure the safety of lithium battery packs,effectively manage the lithium battery packs,and improve their environmental adaptability.After testing and verifying,the accuracy and function of the system can meet the actual needs of use,to achieve the desired function.
