"Strong smart grid" is the focus of current optimization management of power system,and power line communication is the key to build strong smart grid,which is widely used in various fields.But in the data transmission system composed of users and transmission lines,there are factors that affect the reliability of communication when using the existing transmission lines as the medium for signal transmission,such as channel variation,attenuation,noise,and network topology.The existing research has limited the reliability of the communication layer through the physical layer of the power line network.Therefore,a higher-level network layer routing protocol must be adopted.This paper proposes a hybrid routing algorithm that is more suitable for the dynamic change characteristics of power lines,such as topology structure,communication channel characteristics and communication reliability.Paper based on the analysis of the characteristics of the existing routing algorithm,which based on clustering algorithm and ant colony algorithm the paper analyses the characteristics of the network structure,get the ant colony algorithm compared with clustering algorithm has more advantages in the process of adapt to the power line carrier network.In addition,the algorithm may be limited to a certain part of the search path,and some improvement measures are proposed,respectively:1.Through crossover and mutation operation in the genetic algorithm,this paper solves the problem of local optimal solution for the early concentration ant colony algorithm of pheromone,and enlarges the initial search scope of the algorithm;2.Considering in the process of carrier communication more accord with the requirement of communication quality,put forward including delay,packet loss rate and the load balancing evaluation factors of new objective function,instead of traditional algorithms only consider the optimization goal of "hop number";3.In order to improve the rapidity and self-adaptability of the algorithm,a combination of global and local pheromone updating rules is proposed and a path transfer rule based on signal strength is proposed.At the same time,the routing maintenance strategy is designed to improve the resistance of routing algorithm.Finally,the simulation experiment of MATLAB on themodel proves that the improved routing algorithm presented in this paper has good reliability in the process of power line communication data transmission system.
