Permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used in electric power transmission system due to its high torque and high efficiency.The traditional PI control method is difficult to realize the high performance control requirements of PMSM speed regulating system.The control performance of single PMSM speed regulating system needs to be improved.Moreover,in the continuous upgrading of industrial manufacturing,the demand for synchronous and coordinated control precision of multi-motor is higher and higher,and the innovation of multi-motor synchronous control structure is becoming more and more popular.This paper studies the high performance control and multi-motor synchronization strategy of single motor as follows:Firstly,in order to improve the immunity and dynamic performance of PMSM speed control system,The PMSM double-loop sliding mode control system is designed,and dual sliding mode control is adopted to replace the double closed-loop PI control in the traditional vector control system.And the nonlinear load torque observer is designed to track the change of load torque in real time.The dynamic performance and robustness of the system are improved by simulation.Then,for the multi-motor synchronous coordinated control system,the modified PI velocity compensator is applied to replace the traditional speed compensator in the traditional deviation coupling synchronous control structure.The coupling degree between the motors is enhanced and the maximum synchronization error is reduced.The simulation results show that the synchronous performance of multi-motor is improved greatly.Finally,this paper set up a permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system experiment platform,and the research of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control work has carried on the experiment,the results show the effectiveness of the design method,so as to lay a solid foundation for subsequent research. |
