With the continuous development of the construction industry,assembly building has become a trend of the times.Especially since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,the state has formulated a series of measures to promote the development of assembly building,and has made corresponding provisions for the current real estate enterprises.But at present,the corresponding theoretical research on assembly structure in China is still not mature enough,which needs further research and exploration.In this paper,a new type of assembled steel beam-column joints is proposed to improve the weakest joints of assembled buildings.The node form proposed in this paper is a set combination,which includes three different types of nodes.Each node is connected with each other,and is formed by adding or reducing the same components.Different nodes can be selected from the set according to the different seismic requirements of different regions.One of the joints is to connect the stiffening ribs of the cantilever end steel structure beam and column through eight bolts at one end,and the other end to connect the stiffening ribs of the beam.The two joints are pulled together by pre-tightening force to form a good whole.This kind of joints is relatively simple and is a semi-rigid joint.Generally,the seismic fortification intensity is low and earthquake-prone.Because of its weakening at the joint of steel beam,the joints in the related beam-column areas of steel structure buildings are protected and easy to be repaired quickly in the later period,so they are widely used.The two webs of joints are the same as the joints one by one,but the frictional dampers with good energy dissipation performance are used on the flanges of the joints.When the structure moves relatively under earthquake,it consumes a lot of energy through friction,so as to achieve the purpose of energy dissipation,and it is a kind of strong joints.The third is to add eight bolts on the stiffening ribs of beam and column on the basis of the second node to strengthen the seismic performance of the joint.It can achieve better seismic effect in the place of high seismic intensity and improve the disadvantage of poor seismic performance of assembly-related buildings.It is a kind of rigid joint.The new assembled set joints have many advantages,such as various forms,many choices,different performance,high standardization and mutual transformation between nodes.ABAQUS is used to model and analyze the three joints in the new assembledsteel beam-column connections.Under the monotonic and low-cycle repeated displacement loads,the stress nephogram,load-displacement curve,hysteretic curve,energy dissipation coefficient and bearing capacity of the three joints are studied,and the characteristics of each joint are explored.The influence of different prestressing force,the spacing between beam and column joints,the thickness of web connection plate,the extension length of cantilever end and the eight bolts at the three webs of the joints on the seismic resistance of the first and third joints in the sheath is also studied in this paper.The influence of different prestressing force,the thickness of web connection plate,the thickness of upper and lower flange plates and the length of cantilever end on the seismic resistance of the first and third joints in the sheath is also studied.Node one can increase the size of prestressing force,the length of cantilever end and the thickness of connecting plate to some extent,but with the increase of the spacing between joints,the opposite result can be obtained.Node three can change the size of prestressing force,the thickness of connecting plate and the thickness of the upper and lower long cushion plates at the flange.The seismic performance of the joints is not affected by the point,but when the length of the cantilever end is increased to a certain extent,the seismic performance of the joints will be reduced because of the buckling.Thus,it can be seen that the role of changing the components of each node in the suite is different.Through this study,we can get their respective laws,which provides a simulation basis for the later parameter selection.Generally speaking,this suit has a variety of forms and a high degree of standardization,which can meet the different requirements of different places.
