Study On The Planning And Design Of Beautiful Countryside

The issue of agriculture,countryside and farmers has always been a fundamental problem related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood.The bottleneck restricting China’s overall development has long been restricted in the countryside.In order to narrow the gap between the two structure of urban and countryside.It is imperative to carry out the rural construction.In 2005,the Party Central Committee put forward the goal of building a new socialist countryside.In 2013,it put forward the goal of building a beautiful countryside.And in 2017 it put forward the strategy of rural revitalization.All these are the good vision of the government for the China’s rural construction.The construction of beautiful countryside helps to improve the living environment of the rural residents,improve the environmental quality,promote the rationalization of industrial structure,develope the special industries,equip the infrastructure and public service facilities and so on.Its purpous is to narrow the gap between urban and countryside and realize the sustainable development of the country.In recent years,in response to the call of the Party Central Committee in Lucheng city of Shanxi Province and with the help of a proposed financial awards complement funds policy.It carry out the construction of the beautiful countryside actively.It has made some achievements,but is still in the initial stage of construction.And related theories and practices are still lacking.Therefore,this paper takes Shanxi province Lucheng city beautiful countryside construction area of Lucheng city of Shanxi Province as the research object and made investigated 10 villages in Lucheng.In order to explore the planning and design of beautiful villagesThrough the analysis of the theories and cases of rural construction at home and abroad.This paper concludes our country’s Enlightenment in the construction of beautiful countryside.It is based on the theory of ecosystem,the theory of garden city,landscape aesthetics and landscape ecology.And it adopts field research method,literature research,semi-structured interviews,AHP and planning and design method as the theoretical basis of the planning and design of the beautiful countryside.Through the investigation of Lucheng city within the area of the beautiful countryside,it sums up the four modes of construction of the beautiful countryside in the region,summarizes the existing problems in Lucheng.And then this paper determines the evaluation factor of beautiful countryside planning design and construct the evaluation system of the beautiful countryside in Lucheng.It use AHP to get the weight of indicators and the comprehensive evaluation model of the beautiful countryside in Lucheng city.Finally,the method is applied to plan and design of the six villages in Xin Anquan Town of Lucheng city.We make the evaluation for the current situation of rural construction.And according to the evaluation results,we will make overall planning and design for the planning area.We hope to improve the theoretical system of the beautiful countryside through this study,and provide a reliable basis for the theoretical research and planning of the beautiful countryside in Shanxi Province in the future.
