In this paper,according to the demand of the enterprise for real-time detection on the automatic production line and the characteristics of the detection parts,a structure light visual 3d detection system based on the principle of laser triangulation is designed.The system is located between the two processing steps of the part,which can realize the on-line detection of the part and solve the problem of low production efficiency of manual detection at present.The research of this paper has very good engineering application value.The contents and achievements of the thesis are as follows.Firstly,the detection scheme of spherical center position is designed,the overall framework of the system is constructed,and the detection model of spherical center position is established.Secondly,the theory of camera calibration and structure optical plane calibration in this paper is explained,and a new method of field calibration of three-line structured light plane based on planar target is presented.Thirdly,the characteristics of the structured light image and the factors affecting the quality of the structured light image are analyzed,the preprocessing of the structured light image is carried out,and a steger method based on the three-line structured light bar center extraction algorithm is extracted.Fourthly,threedimensional reconstruction of the center of the light bar is carried out through the established measurement model,and the three-dimensional coordinates of the spherical center in the camera coordinate system are obtained through spherical fitting through the results of three-dimensional reconstruction.Through the transformation of coordinate system,the coordinates of the spherical center in the camera coordinate system are transferred to the fixture coordinate system,and the position degree of the spherical center is obtained through calculation.The comparison with the data obtained from CMM shows that the theory and method in this paper is effective and can be used in the actual production.
