Study On The Public Crisis Risk And Collaborative Governance Of Flight Delay In Nanning Wuxu International Airport

As the rapid development of Chinese civil aviation,passenger throughput increasing constantly,the same as the cargo handling capacity,and the scale and quantity of airport have also enlarged and increased to some extent.However,the phenomenon and problems of flight delay haven’t reduced through those changes,instead increase day by day.These could not only affect passengers’ normal trips,but also cause financial loss and negative influence to the airport,restrict the healthy and rapid development of civil aviation.Take Nanning Wuxu International Airport as an example,this thesis gives an analysis on the current situation and the main factors of flight delay,try to find out the problem from the aspect of airport company,airline company and air traffic control department,and put forward the solution of applying cooperative governance theory,risk management theory to establish multiple cooperation system.It emphasizes that multi-subjects should cooperate with each other when they play their own functions,not only within their subsystems,but also between different departments,in order to better prevent and manage the unexpected events caused by flight delay.On this basis,the paper put forward specific management strategy for the problem of flight delay in Nanning Wuxu International Airport,hope it could promote the development and growth of the airport,and push the development of economy and society of Guangxi comprehensively,harmoniously and rapidly.
