Braking ability is one of the important indicators of the safety evaluation of the high-speed rotating machinery.The braking system which consists of disk and pad is taken as study object.This article studies the effect of the vibration friction on the stability and dynamic characteristics of the braking system during braking.The effect of the joint surface parameters on the stability of braking system and the effect of the thermal-structure coupling on the disk vibration are mainly studied.Theoretical basis is provided for choosing material,designing and optimizing the brake by the above study.The major research contents of this article are as follows:(1)Based on extensive literature review,this article sums up the current state and existing problem of vibration friction and thermal-structure of the disk study,and then provides the aim and significance of the study of combing the vibration friction with thermal vibration.(2)Through the finite element statics and dynamical modal analysis,the disc brake under different conditions produces different deformation and stress of the brake and under different working conditions,analysis of unstable mode and natural frequency is different.(3)Considering time effect,establishes the finite element model of the transient analysis.Analyzed of the brake in contact stress,strain,and the vibration of the contact surface.On the basis of introducing the Archard wear model,analyzed the influence of the wear of friction braking,calculate the pressure distribution and wear of contact surface.(4)The finite element analysis model is built by ABAQUS,and the temperature,stress and disk vibration are analyzed by this model.The distribution and change characteristics of the temperature and stress are achieved.The reason of the thermal vibration and the instability of the disk during braking are analyzed?(5)The experiment bench of braking system was established.The vibration and thermal of braking system under different conditions was studied by experiment bench of braking systemThis result shows that the braking system under the plate of stationary state,adding the pressure,does not appear unstable situation,while adding to pressure on the rotating,unstable modes,and the frequency within the range in the ear to hear,appear.The higher the contact surface friction coefficient,the instability is more obvious;In the process of braking,stress field and temperature field distribution of braking system are both uneven,and the coupling vibration makes brake disc and friction disc surface appear.And the stress field and temperature field distribution under different working conditions are not the same,the highest temperature and contact surface friction under the same conditions of different forms of contact surfaces are the same.
